SUTTON'S MPs CALL FOR SCRAPPING OF GARDEN WASTE CHARGE

Sutton's two Liberal Democrat Members of Parliament, Tom Brake and Paul Burstow, have jointly called on Sutton Council to scrap the charge for collecting green garden waste.
